Volunteers

The committee needs your help! We’re seeking volunteers for abstract reviews and sponsorship outreach. Reviewers will assess presentation and poster abstracts (10-15 minutes per review) beginning in the fall of 2025, while sponsorship seekers will help secure funding to reduce conference costs beginning late summer 2025. Both roles require a few hours over several weeks, with full details provided before commitment.
